Message Frequency and Charges

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on your engagement and the services you've requested. Frequency may vary based on your interaction with our campaigns.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. MaticGrowth does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for receiving messages.

Supported Carriers: This service is available on major U.S. carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Check with your carrier for compatibility.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

Text STOP: Reply "STOP" to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications.

Text HELP: Reply "HELP" to any message for customer support and additional information.

Account Settings: Log into your business partner dashboard and update your communication preferences.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent to your number.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your mobile phone number and related information are protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.

All SMS communications are:

  • Sent only to numbers that have explicitly opted in
  • Compliant with TCPA and CTIA guidelines
  • Secured using industry-standard encryption
  • Monitored for compliance and quality assurance

Business Hours and Response Times

Business Hours: SMS messages are typically sent during business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) in your local time zone, Monday through Saturday.

Response Expectations: If you reply to an SMS message, our AI system will respond within 2 minutes during business hours. For complex inquiries, you may be connected with a live representative.

Emergency Services: SMS is not intended for emergency communications. For urgent vehicle service needs, please call your dealership directly.
